The challenge
A fast-growing restaurant group was drowning in peak-hour chaos: paper tickets, missed orders, and queues at the counter. They needed ordering and payments that felt effortless for guests without ripping out their existing POS.
What we did
We designed and built a QR-based ordering flow with a live kitchen display and floor dashboard, integrating directly with their POS and payment provider so staff kept the tools they already knew.
How it turned out
- Average order time cut from 9 minutes to under 60 seconds
- 22% higher average ticket from smart upsell prompts
- Rolled out across 14 locations in three months
